Harvey V. Cohen is a former state prosecutor for the 9^th Judicial Circuit of Florida. He received a law degree from Stetson University College of Law. He was enlisted in the U.S. Army from 1985 through 1989. His assignments took him from upstate New York to Panama.

After graduating from Stetson, Harvey was employed by the State Attorney's Office. As an Assistant State Attorney, he managed thousands of cases. He is available for all Federal and State charges. His experience included over thirty jury trials involving cases of drug possession, DUI, misdemeanors, grand theft, personal injury, automobile negligence, felony battery, and robbery with a firearm -- just to name a few.
